Built in 1927 by three architects (Tachu Naito, Shichiro Kigo, Kenji Imai), kudan house is a Spanish-style building with beautiful curves, representative of the early days of the reinforced concrete structures. This modern three-story house with a basement is built on an 800 square-meter lot, surrounded by beautiful greenery in the garden. kudan house provides a comfortable space by adding the necessary renovations to its facility and rooms - without losing its historical value and the rich, delicate feel - to members and guests alike.

Previously used as a dance hall, the hardwood floors of the room reflect the light that pours in from the windows. Remove the partition in the middle for parties for large groups and symposiums.

Foyer

Located in the center of the basement, this room features beautiful arches. There is natural light from the windows as well as a lighting system that can create various patterns. Popular venue for art exhibits and talk sessions.

Meeting Spot

Situated by the window in the corner of the basement, this is a semi-open area with a modern feel. Ideal for meetings and business negotiations during exhibits. Natural light pour in from the windows, making this a unique spot.

Tea Room

An old vault renovated into a tea room. Minimal interior with only a floors and walls, creating a deep and relaxing, quiet space, a tea room with a slightly intense feel.
